Apt is built around a simple but important shift: instead of asking people to describe what they can do, create an environment where capability becomes visible through action.

Eventually, the same environment can evaluate both humans and AI agents. What interests me is not just hiring, or productivity, or software in isolation. It’s the possibility of a system where work itself becomes evidence.

I’m interested in work that sits at the intersection of behavior, systems, business, and product judgment.
I like asking:
What is actually broken?
Who feels it intensely enough to care?
What are they doing today instead?
Why do existing solutions fall short?
Is there a real business hiding inside this problem?
And just because the problem exists — would people actually want yours?
That’s the lens behind most of what I build.

I’m interested in people, systems, motives, capability, and what happens when reality doesn’t match the story we tell about it. I ask why a lot. I build because understanding alone is rarely enough for me.
THE WHY
I need to understand the reason underneath the thing before I can become interested in building it.
Why does this work this way?

An AI-native workplace where capability is demonstrated through action, continuously measured, and turned into opportunity. The current world often asks people to explain what they can do through credentials, polished self-description, interviews, and other proxies.
I’m more interested in environments that let capability become observable through work itself. What happens when people don’t have to claim competence — because the environment can actually watch them operate? What happens when AI agents enter that same environment too?
HOW I THINK
One thing I’ve taken to an extreme is observing how people behave and where systems break down. I naturally notice patterns and opportunities that others overlook.

NIGERIA
Nigeria interests me not only politically, but commercially. A lot of people don’t get to live through functioning systems; they learn to survive, improvise, negotiate, and adapt.
What would we build if we stopped designing for Nigerian people to merely cope, and started designing for them to actually live better?
